It all started with a dream...
Rami was born and raised in Moshav Patish, in southern Israel. His family raised cows, and with the abundance of milk, his mother made homemade cheeses that Rami loved very much and their taste he remembers to this day. As a child he dreamed of making ice cream from cow's milk. The dream came true at 2017, as he traveled to Italy and learned how to make Gelato –(ice cream)
